Vignova's Chrome extension fills them from your Master Profile, suggests answers for questions its rules do not recognise, and then stops, so you can check every answer and submit the application yourself.

How it works
From an empty form to one you can review
Open the application form
Go to the company's application page and wait for the form to load.
Start autofill
Check which Master Profile is active in the Vignova extension, then choose Autofill on its home tab.
Vignova reads the form
It recognises common hiring platforms and matches fields such as your name, email, phone number and links to your profile.
AI suggests the rest
Fields the rules cannot match are sent with your profile details to Vignova, where AI suggests answers for them.
You review and submit
The extension tells you when autofill has finished. Check every answer, attach your resume, then continue or submit the application yourself.
What it fills
The details every application asks for
- First, last, full and preferred name
- Email address, phone number and country code
- LinkedIn, GitHub and portfolio links
- Address, city, state, country and postal code
- Current company, current job title and years of experience
- Common screening questions, such as notice period, work authorisation and relocation
- Other text questions, with answers suggested from your profile
Check these answers every time. When your profile has no answer to a common question, such as notice period, relocation, work authorisation, visa sponsorship or a voluntary diversity question, autofill may choose a default answer. Change any answer that is not right for you before you submit.
Where it works
Standard forms work best
Multi-step forms
Some applications, such as many on Workday, run over several pages. Autofill does not move between steps, so go to each next step yourself and check what was filled.
Custom forms
Forms a company has built itself, or forms with unusual dropdowns and widgets, may need more manual input. The extension's Profile tab keeps your details one click from the clipboard.
Resumes and cover letters
The right document on the upload field
Browsers do not let extensions attach files on their own, so autofill leaves the upload to you. When you click a resume or cover letter upload field, Vignova shows the documents in your account, so the resume you tailored for this job is close at hand. You can always upload a file from your computer instead.
Why autofill never submits
An application is a first impression, and forms vary more than any tool can predict. Autofill saves the typing; checking the answers, choosing the document and pressing Submit stay with you.

Frequently asked questions
Does autofill submit applications for me?
No. Autofill fills fields and then stops. It never clicks Next, Submit or Apply, so you can review every answer and send the application yourself.
Which application forms does it work on?
Standard application forms, including many built on Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, SmartRecruiters and iCIMS. Forms a company has built itself, or forms with unusual controls, may need more manual input.
Is autofill free?
Autofill is in beta and available on the Pro and Premium plans. The Chrome extension itself is free to install, and a free account can save jobs and check keyword scores.
Where does autofill get my information?
From the Master Profile that is active in the extension: your contact details, links, location, current role and experience. Keep that profile up to date before you apply.
Is my information sent anywhere?
Fields that the built-in rules cannot match are sent to Vignova with your profile details, so AI can suggest answers. Nothing reaches the employer until you submit the form yourself.
Why were some fields left empty or answered wrongly?
Application forms differ a lot. Autofill can skip fields with unusual controls or questions your profile does not answer, and for some common questions it chooses a default answer. Always check the whole form before you submit.
Can autofill attach my resume?
Browsers do not let extensions attach files on their own. When you click an upload field, Vignova shows the resumes and cover letters in your account, and you can upload a file from your computer instead.
Does it work on multi-step forms such as Workday?
