Tailor and write
On Pro and Premium, generate a tailored resume, a cover letter, an application email or a message to HR for the posting. Each one is saved with the job, ready to copy or download as a PDF.

Built for the sites where you look and apply
- Job pages: LinkedIn and Indeed, with the match panel, and many company career pages that publish their job details in a standard format
- Application forms: standard forms, including many built on Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, SmartRecruiters and iCIMS. Custom forms may need manual input
- Naukri: your own Naukri profile, read when you start a scan from the Vignova dashboard
- Any other posting: paste the job description into the extension

Privacy
What the extension reads, and when
Job postings and application forms live on thousands of different sites, so the extension's scripts load on the pages you visit. They act when you use a tool, with two exceptions: the match panel on LinkedIn and Indeed job pages, and the document picker on file upload fields.
- A job page is read when you save or analyse it, and its details go to your Vignova account
- On LinkedIn and Indeed job pages, the posting is sent to Vignova to calculate your keyword score
- A form is filled only when you start autofill, and it is never submitted for you
- It never asks for your LinkedIn, Naukri or job site passwords

Is the Vignova Chrome extension free?
Yes, it is free to install. With a free Vignova account you can save jobs, see keyword scores and copy your profile details. Tailored resumes, cover letters, emails and HR messages need a Pro or Premium plan and use credits, and autofill is available on Pro and Premium.
Which browsers does it work in?
The extension is published on the Chrome Web Store for Google Chrome, version 116 or later.
Does the extension apply to jobs for me?
No. Autofill can fill in an application form, but it never clicks Next, Submit or Apply. You review every answer and submit the application yourself.
What does the extension read on the pages I visit?
It reads a job page when you save or analyse it, and scores postings you open on LinkedIn and Indeed job pages. It fills a form only when you start autofill. When you click a file upload field, it offers the documents in your Vignova account. It never asks for your passwords on job sites.
Does it work with Naukri?
Yes, in two ways. The Naukri profile optimizer uses the extension to read your own Naukri profile when you start a scan from the dashboard. For a Naukri job posting, save it from the posting, or paste its description if the details are not picked up.
Do I need a Vignova account?
Yes. Sign in with your Vignova account so the extension can use your Master Profile and save jobs to your tracker. Creating an account is free.
Why is the keyword score different from my ATS score?
The keyword score compares the skills in a posting with your Master Profile. The ATS resume checker scores one specific resume across six areas: keywords, meaning, sections, impact, format and readability.
Is Vignova affiliated with LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri or Google?
No. Vignova is an independent career tool. LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri.com, Google Chrome and the Chrome Web Store are trademarks of their respective owners.
